Overview
Elly is an AI assistant designed specifically for doctors and healthcare professionals. Unlike general AI chat tools, Elly is built on verified local drug documentation and regional medical data, making it a trustworthy support system for clinical practice.
Designed for Doctors, Not for Everyone
From the start, Elly was built for one audience: healthcare professionals.

Smart Integration into Mediately
Rather than launching Elly as a standalone tool, we integrated it into the existing Mediately app, where thousands of healthcare professionals already work daily. Based on UX research and observation of how people use the app, we identified natural entry points for Elly to deliver real value:

User feedback has been extremely positive, and each interaction helps improve the product further. Doctors are asking for even more clinical capabilities​. We used these insights to guide prioritization, connect them to business goals, and focus on solutions that drive both value for doctors and freemium conversion.
